[SEOUL, September 22, 2026] LOTTE rent-a-car has introduced Hyundai Motor's all-new 8th-generation Avante, reflecting its service strategy of quickly securing new vehicles to offer customers.
LOTTE rent-a-car began operating the new Avante starting in Jeju on the 22nd. From October, availability will expand to major cities nationwide — including Seoul Station, Incheon International Airport, Gangnam, Suyu, Sangbong, Dongdaegu KTX, Gwangju-Songjeong KTX, Busan Station, Daejeon, and Gunsan — so customers can experience the new model regardless of location.
To mark the introduction of the new Avante, LOTTE rent-a-car has partnered with Hyundai Motor on a promotional event for rental customers. In Jeju, the first 500 customers who rent an Avante will receive a travel kit on-site. Additionally, customers who correctly answer a quiz about the new Avante's key systems will be entered into a drawing for prizes including a Samsung Moving Style and a Dyson Airwrap. The event runs from September 22 to October 31, based on rental start date, and any customer who rents an Avante during that period is eligible to participate.
The All-New Avante, a compact sedan, is the model's first full redesign in six years. New features include: Smart Cruise Control, which reads the road ahead and adjusts speed accordingly; Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist, which limits acceleration in unexpected situations; Pleos Connect and Gleo AI, which allow convenient control of vehicle functions through a larger display; and Remembered Reverse Assist and Remote Smart Parking Assist, which recall the vehicle's previous route and make parking easier.
A LOTTE rental official stated, "We secured early-release inventory so customers can quickly experience new vehicles without having to purchase one."
