[2026년 10월 22일] 롯데렌탈의 대한민국 No.1 브랜드 롯데렌터카가 마이카 자유반납형 프리미엄 상품의 판매 대상 차종에 현대 제네시스 GV80 하이브리드를 추가했다고 밝혔다.

마이카 자유반납형 프리미엄은 수입차·고가차를 타면서도 중도 반납에 따른 위약금 부담을 줄이고 싶은 개인 고객을 위한 신차 장기렌터카 상품이다. 롯데렌터카는 지난해 10월 이 상품을 출시한 뒤 올해 6월 판매 대상에 GV70을 추가한 데 이어, 이번에 GV80 하이브리드를 더했다. 이에 따라 고객이 선택할 수 있는 차종은 제네시스 G80·GV70·GV80·GV80 하이브리드, BMW X3·X5·5시리즈, 벤츠 E-Class 등 모두 8개로 늘었다.

이 상품은 48개월 계약이 기본이다. 계약 24개월이 지난 뒤 반납하면 위약금이 면제된다. 연 주행거리는 2만㎞ 이내다. 2년 이후 부담 없이 반납하거나 다른 차량으로 바꿔 탈 수 있다. 기존에는 고가 차량 중도 해지 시 위약금이 높아 부담이 컸다.

대여료는 계약 연차에 따라 조정된다. 기준 대여료를 100%로 볼 때 1~2년차는 105%, 3년차는 100%, 4년차는 90%다. 계약 마지막 해에는 기준 대여료보다 10% 낮은 금액을 내는 셈이다. 계약 후반으로 갈수록 낮아지는 구조다.

GV80 하이브리드는 지난 6일 출시된 제네시스 브랜드 최초의 하이브리드 모델이다. 롯데렌터카는 신차 출시에 맞춰 빠르게 마이카 자유반납형 프리미엄 대상 차종에 포함했다.

롯데렌터카 마이카는 개인 및 개인사업자 고객을 대상으로 신차를 대여하고 차량 관리 및 정비 서비스를 제공하는 신차 장기렌터카 브랜드다. 모든 상품에는 연 1회 엔진오일을 무상 교체해 주는 차량 방문 정비 서비스가 기본으로 제공된다. 롯데렌터카 마이카 고객은 스탠다드, 프리미엄, 프레스티지로 세분된 멤버십 서비스도 이용할 수 있다.

롯데렌터카 관계자는 “고가 차량은 중도에 반납할 때 위약금 부담이 커 계약을 망설이는 고객이 많았다”며 “계약 2년이 지나면 위약금 없이 반납할 수 있는 만큼 새로 나온 GV80 하이브리드까지 포함해 원하는 차를 부담을 덜고 타실 수 있을 것”이라고 말했다. <끝> 

[October 22, 2026] LOTTE rent-a-car, LOTTE rental's No. 1 brand in Korea, announced that it has added the Hyundai Genesis GV80 Hybrid to the eligible models for its MyCar Free Return Premium product.

MyCar Free Return Premium is a new-car long-term rental product for individual customers who want to drive imported or premium vehicles while reducing the burden of early termination fees. LOTTE rent-a-car launched the product in October last year and added the GV70 to the eligible models in June this year. With the addition of the GV80 Hybrid, customers can now choose from a total of eight models: the Genesis G80, GV70, GV80 and GV80 Hybrid; the BMW X3, X5 and 5 Series; and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

The product is based on a 48-month contract. Customers who return the vehicle after month 24 are exempt from early termination fees. The annual mileage limit is 20,000 km. After two years, customers can return the vehicle without burden or switch to another car. Previously, early termination fees for high-priced vehicles were a significant burden.

Rental fees are adjusted according to the contract year. Taking the base rental fee as 100%, the fee is 105% in years 1–2, 100% in year 3 and 90% in year 4. In other words, customers pay 10% less than the base fee in the final year of the contract, so the fee decreases as the contract progresses.

The GV80 Hybrid, launched on the 6th, is the first hybrid model from the Genesis brand. LOTTE rent-a-car promptly included it among the eligible models for MyCar Free Return Premium in step with the new car's release.

LOTTE rent-a-car MyCar is a new-car long-term rental brand that rents new vehicles to individuals and sole proprietors and provides vehicle management and maintenance services. All products include an on-site maintenance service that provides one free engine oil change per year. MyCar customers can also use membership services, which are divided into Standard, Premium and Prestige tiers.

A LOTTE rent-a-car representative stated, "Many customers have hesitated to sign contracts for high-priced vehicles because of the heavy burden of early termination fees. Since the car can be returned without a fee after two years, customers can now drive the car they want with less worry, including the newly released GV80 Hybrid." <End>
